Sima Ghafari is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, advisor, and angel investor with over 30 years of global experience in the technology sector. She has successfully launched multi-million-dollar products worldwide and led engineering and R&D teams across diverse industries including semiconductor, telecom, aerospace, medtech, and enterprise software. As a C-level executive, she has guided several startups from ideation to commercialization and achieved successful M&A exits.

Sima is an active member of TCA Venture Group and MEDA Angels. She serves on the boards of several startups, focusing on tech development, business strategy, and operational expansion. Sima holds an MS in Software Engineering and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from St. John Fisher University.
