The DryNeb dry powder nebulizer is a patented technology that can deliver drugs to the lungs with higher efficiency than current dry powder inhalers. The DryNeb can deliver high doses of pure active ingredient and is being developed as a platform technology. Nob Hill’s technology has several technological innovations compared to standard dry powder inhalers in generating highly efficient drug aerosols and delivering them effectively to the lower respiratory tract. The DryNeb disperses the powder independently from the patient’s inhalation breath maneuver and lung function, and it is designed to emit powder from the device only when a patient inhales, thus no coordination is required.

Additionally, Nob Hill is working on pulmonary-related therapeutics that can be used with the DryNeb technology. We have successfully achieved key milestones for these therapeutics including formulation development, proof-of-concept and pre-clinical animal studies, multiple SBIR grants, and our first pre-IND meeting with the FDA.
